Yes we do! We work very closely with several building crews throughout the United States. Although they hold no affiliation with USA Pole Barns, they are all master builders that we have been working with for years. We will not recommend a builder unless they have a highly reputable work history with us.

Absolutely! Even with a modest background in construction, pole barns can be built with relative ease. We supply very detailed plans and offer phone support to make the process smooth.

Basic tools are all that are required for the biggest part of the project. However you will want to acquire equipment for drilling the post holes and for setting the trusses.

Yes. Visit our financing page to view the loan program and contact info for Home Loan Bank. We also accept all major credit cards, but there is a 3% fee for credit card transactions.

Yes. The deposit amount for plans varies by location, engineering costs, and building type. Please consult your salesperson for an accurate quote. 

The standard delivery timeframe for our material packages is within 2 to 4 weeks after purchase. This could vary based on availability of materials, trucking schedules, and special order items.
Please check your materials for missing and damage products. You have 14 days after materials are delivered to contact us with any issues. After that time frame we can assist you but you will be responsible for shipping and material cost.

We are only required to collect sales tax in the state of Ohio. However, certain Agricultural Barns in Ohio are tax exempt. Each state does have a sales tax law in effect to collect sales tax for out of state purchases. Please consult with your local tax professional for more information.
No. Our delivery trucks have a all-terrain forklift on board. The driver will gently unload your materials and place them near the building site of your barn.
Everything that you will need to build the barn, with the exception of the tools and equipment listed in the “What tools will I need to construct my barn package FAQ”. Our barn packages will come with two complete sets of detailed building plans.
All metal in our standard barn packages is 29 gauge steel that is 40 year warranted. Heavier 26 gauge steel is also available. Less expensive steel options are also available for agricultural/livestock confinement use.
We will include a precast concrete footer designed specifically to support your building. If you local building code requires a larger concrete footer, it is the customers responsibility to inform us so that we can send enough to satisfy this requirement.
