Your pole barn should whatever color you like the best. There is no “right” answer when it comes to choosing your pole barn color. Agricultural barns are often reds or browns and residential barns are typically tans or gray. However, you don’t have to follow those standards. You may wish to take your environment into consideration when choosing a color. For example, lighter colors do better in really warm environments.  Pick the colors that make you happy, provided they fall within all local regulations.

Many people choose to have their pole barn colors match their house colors, however, you don not have to. Pole barns typically have two main colors, the main walls and the roof/trim/wainscot. This makes it easy to match the pole barn colors to your home’s main and accent colors.

Our 29 gauge steel panels are warranted for 40 years. However, with tremendous exposure to sunlight, it’s inevitable that your pole barn colors may fade over time. If you notice significant color issues with your panels please reach out and we’d be happy to try and assist you.
